Houston Rockets Get New Coach – Kevin McHale – New 2012 Playoff Prospects
Did you hear the latest Houston Rockets News? Basketball legend Kevin McHale recently announced as the new Head coach for the Houston Rockets basketball team. In his statement, McHale stated that “[The Rockets] have pieces in place here that are very good pieces that can be part of a championship-type team. The new coach for the team also has quite a long history and track record of the NBA himself, including 13 years of playing with the Boston Celtics in addition to being elected to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame back in 1999. Kevin McHale was also named one of the 50 greatest basketball players of all time in 1996. This new dynamic could really play a vital role in actually getting the Houston Rockets to a playoff appearance next season. All in all I think McHale is a much needed breath of experienced fresh air.
