Zoe Saldana To Star In ‘Dominion’

“Avatar” star  Zoe Saldana, whose new movie “Colombiana” opened yesterday, is set to star in as well as produce Paramount’s supernatural thriller “Dominion.”

Dean McCreary and Chester Hastings came up with the idea for the movie, which centers on a woman who’s half-human, half-angel.

Saldana will produce the film with Robbie Brenner of “Machine Gun Preacher” fame.

Saldana recently finished shooting the indie film “The Words,” in which she stars opposite Bradley Cooper. She will also reprise the role of Uhura in the new “Star Trek” sequel.
