Trial Update: Amanda Knox Trial and Appeal near Ending

Amanda Knox was convicted of murder in Italy a little over four years and ever since her conviction her family has been working tirelessly to get her out. Her father Curt Knox says the family is determined to make up the lost time. He also said his daughters time in the La Capanne prison has destroyed her ability to trust, but she remains optimistic. Knox is serving 26 years after the 2007 murder of Meredith, who was found almost naked with her throat slit in the room the two women shared. The family’s hope is hinging on the fact that Italian police mishandled the evidence and thus un fairly convicted Amanda.
