3 Social Networks for the Beautiful

The ubiquitous Facebook is it seems powering its way to world domination, latest figures for active users are around the 800 million mark. Now that’s pretty busy. If you’re an attractive individual seeking an equally hot-to-trot type for casual flirting come stalking, it’s an awfully large amount of profile pictures to filter through. Sifting out the chaff can be such a bore. Thankfully then, for the discerning (ahem) internet cruiser, social sites built on exclusivity and members having a gene-pool rich in strong cheek bones and vogue physiques exist.

Morally dubious they may be, but here are three super exclusive social networks for the easy on the eye individual:

Hot Enough

“If you’re finding out that you’re not short of dates, but your dates are just coming up short, then you’ve come to the right place.” Oh dear. Forgetting misguided and circular mission statements the home page of Hot Enough presents a clipart devil as part of its logo and then sliding images of girls with impossibly green eyes and guys with damp, yet perfect fringes.

Membership to the site requires the submitting of three photographs that will be approved by a panel. A quick scurry through some of those that have passed this stern test suggests a cocked head, winning pout and Hollywood hair will see you right. And if you think this is all just a young person’s game you’d be wrong, there’s a section especially for Baby Boomers!

Beautiful People

This social network come dating site caused quite a fuss when it first took off. A fuss that generated plenty of press coverage and one presumes set up its continuing success. One of the features that seems to appeal to members is that everyone wanting to join has to be approved by the community.

The site has been described as an “elite online club, where every member works the door.” This makes it sound less glamorous than they intended for sure, but rating your want-in pretty peers in the style of hot-or-not must make members feel like Simon Cowell. Effectively auditioning potential date mates.

Angels Circle

I’m not sure if the VIP Luxury Social Network Angels Circle is for exclusively for Fabio and Anastasia types if I’m truthful. It is so exclusive, unearthing what goes on and the demographic of its members is nigh on impossible. On the sparse login page are numerous uses of the words luxury, VIP and maybe most pointedly the phrase, ‘by invitation only’. It all remains a mystery…
