How do you expect to communicate with your followers without social media?” But is it just a fad? A here-today-gone-tomorrow occurrence that will disappear eventually? Whether it is or it isn’t, there is still one big question. Is social media for every business?Something else to understand about social media, companies do not have as much control over it as they do, say, the release of a product. But you do have say over what to talk about, to converse about, and to share. Whatever is chosen to be said, whatever words are used, whatever campaign, there is one thing that must be kept at all times: the truth. Don’t lie to customers and be honest in your responses.
