Travis Barker Sends Cease and Desist Letter to MediaTakeout for Releasing Private Nude Photos (Pics + Videos)
Blink 182 drummer and accomplished musician Travis Barker has hit headlines this morning after MediaTakeout released nude photos of the rocker that were ‘Never Intended for The Public’s Eye’. Unfortunately for Travis Barker the photos have already surfaced and circulated around many popular news sites and blogs, due to his fame and popularity. Although there were no direct statements with his name on the photos or the post, fans were easily able to identify the drummer from his unique and large quantity of tattoos.
Travis Barker and his lawyers immediately filed a cease and desist order against the gossip and celebrity website, which has been infamous for releasing inappropriate and nude photos before.
This is really sad, that websites and bloggers have to resort to nude photos to get website traffic and ‘hits’, but either way it is a lesson learned from both sides. Hopefully Travis Barker’s lawyers will be able to fight this off before it is too late, but the Internet moves pretty quickly so lets pray for speed and agility on the legal end
