Perth is located on the west coast of Australia, the capital of the state of Western Australia. Located just outside of Perth, Cottesloe, Claremont, Dalkeith, Mosman Park are just some of the neighbourhoods that make up the Western Suburbs. Cottesloe is mainly a residential area with ocean views and home to the famous Rottnest swim which takes place every February. It also has its very own surf club, the Cottesloe Surf Life Saving Club which is always accepting new members.
4) South Perth
South Perth is a popular residential area due to its proximity to the city and also the beach. The foreshore called Sir James Mitchell Park is a great place to spend on the weekend, using the bbqs. South Perth has the train line, the freeway and there is also a ferry people can take into the city, although it is underused at the moment. South Perth is relatively expensive to live due to the desirable area.
