Patrick Boivin might just be the father of the year. The film maker has created a new short film called “Dragon Baby,” which stars his infant son who goes up against a stuffed dragon using only martial arts. Patrick Boivin, who is based out of Montreal, made the CGI movie to pay homage to Quentin Tarantino’s “Kill Bill” series and “Enter the Dragon,” with his son Romeo Elvis Bulte Boivin playing the Bruce Lee role.
This isn’t the first short film Patrick Boivin has made. Boivin made “Iron Baby” in 2010, which was an Iron Man parody that starred his young daughter. Iron Baby received millions of views so it’s only natural that he follow it up with another strong short film. Dragon Baby is on pace to surpass Iron Baby in the number of views, with four million people already viewing the short film since Friday. I don’t know what’s more impressive, Boivin’s directing or his son’s acting.
