Nike MAG: The True Story Behind The McFly Jacket

While also working on the Nike MAG shoes for the original Back to the Future II movie, the film’s creative team also asked Nike to design a futuristic jacket for Marty McFly.  Embodying the same innovation, technology and versatility as the shoes, the McFly Jacket was born with an ability to adjust to body size and length and was equipped with a self-detecting moisture and drying system.  The video below features Tinker Hatfield addressing the jacket’s creation for the movie.
