What Should You Do When You Are Depressed?

Normally, when a person is feeling down and blue, it is considered normal. Life is not without stressors, and so feeling down and out is just but a normal response to life’s challenges. However, when a “sad and blue” person’s life begins to deviate from the normal, then chances are great that the person is suffering from depression.

In the bigger picture, knowing that it runs in the genes can actually be more beneficial because one will be able to make interventions such as avoiding being in too stressful situations.

So what should you do when you feel that you are going through depression?

This is essential most especially when what you’re feeling is getting in the way of you living a healthy, normal life.
