If you happen to be in the area of Clifton, Virginia and you are a wine fan, like myself, then you need to check out the Clifton Wine Shop and Tasting Room. Conveniently located in the center of historic Clifton, you are only minutes from 66 and only about 45 minutes from downtown Washington, DC.
Lucinda Lawson, owner of Clifton Wine Shop and Tasting Room, is also teaching wine classes for those eager to learn about new and familiar wines. From 7:30-9:00 P.M. On Tuesdays, starting January 22nd, 2013 you can educate yourself on the amazing wine selection. As a former educator, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Lucinda Lawson surely understands education. It is the learning component in conjunction with the social atmospheres that will make these weekly lasses so unique. The classes will cost $25 per class, per person, and you are welcome to take as many or as few as you would like.
